Levin Angsana, an information systems student at the Singapore Management University (SMU), drowned in the waters off Raffles Marina, when he fell overboard off a sailing boat on Thursday, 3 July. He was on 'SMU - M.A.D' - a 24 foot 'Platu' sailing boat, on their way back to Raffles Marina after a training session.
